Florida Man charged after being drunk and disorderly at Whiskey Row — Jacob Bennett #VisitMusicCity

29-year-old tourist Jacob Bennett, from Florida, was booked into the Metro Nashville jail just before midnight Thursday after causing a scene at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative (EDI) observed him in a verbal altercation with security staff as he attempted to enter an exit door of the venue. He was asked to leave the property and refused and was eventually taken into custody for public intoxication. He was additionally charged with resisting arrest after he pulled his hands and arms away from being cuffed, and it took multiplied MNPD officers to subdue him into custody. Bennett is free on pre-trial release.

Nashville Nurse found pantsless & shoeless; too drunk for downtown Nashville — Noah Wallis

23-year-old Noah Wallis was found pantsless and shoeless in a downtown Nashville parking lot in the middle of the afternoon on Saturday. Metro Nashville Police report he was sitting between two vehicles, one of which he had vomited on and caused a large dent in the side of, all while officers noted he “didn’t seem to notice he was missing his shoes and pants”, which were later found thrown in nearby bushes. Wallis stated he had “drank way too much and was just drunk”. He was charged with vandalism and public intoxication, and transported to booking. He is free on pre-trial release.

21-year-old unable to care for herself: Downtown Nashville wins another round — Jordan Wharton

21-year-old Jordan Wharton was found in downtown Nashville walking out into traffic, extremely intoxicated, and unable to care for herself, according to Metro Police. They attempted to get her medical attention as she had also reportedly fallen, but she refused all offers for assistance. She was unable to walk or stand, so could not be left alone for her own safety. She was transported to booking, where she was charged with public intoxication.

Metro Nashville Police say highly intoxicated 30-year-old William Spielberg hid in the stairwell at Lucky Bastard Saloon in downtown Nashville, and when an employee was walking up the stairwell just before closing early Monday morning, Spielberg unleashed the spray of the extinguisher onto the employee. Spielberg was charged with public intoxication and booked into the Metro Nashville Jail.

Florida Man causes scene at Whiskey Bent Saloon after losing wallet — Justin Cook arrested

38-year-old Justin Cook, of Florida, says he lost his wallet at Whiskey Bent Saloon in downtown Nashville. During his search for it, he reportedly was pushing and shoving patrons, and when security intervened he resisted and fought with them, causing them to strike him in the face. Police were called, he continued to be belligerent and causing a scene, so he was taken into custody, charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He is free on pre-trial release.

Young, drunk, & disorderly in downtown Nashville: Conor Lynch & Ronan Callinan arrested

22-year-old Ronan John Callinan and 23-year-old Conor Joseph Lynch were reported to be causing disturbances on the streets of downtown Nashville, and officers eventually were able to catch up with them at which time it was obvious they were heavenly intoxicated. Callinan resisted detainment and arrest, flailed on the ground, attempted to kick an officer in the head, and continued to spit toward officers and in the patrol car. The pair was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail.

Metro Nashville Police say they don’t know why 35-year-old Christopher Calvert, from Murfreesboro, lunged at officers directing traffic at 2nd & Broadway on a recent Saturday night. They report he was bloody, screaming, and reeked of alcohol.
