29-year-old Fraider Isai Lara-Chacon is held on a $150,000 bond, and an ICE Detainer, after he admitted to raping a South Nashville child multiple times. The Nashville Department of Children’s Services received a referral that the juvenile victim had disclosed to a family member she had sexual contact with the defendant, Fraider Lara-Chacon. The contact had occurred over the course of several years, in both Tennessee and Florida. During an interview, Lara-Chacon admitted to the sexual encounters in both states.
