Hannah Shapourian left Kenny Chesney concert to buy drugs at J.C. Napier with mom’s money

27-year-old Hannah Shapourian was booked this week on an outstanding warrant charging her with theft. She was at a Kenny Chesney Concert with her mother in May when she suddenly left in the middle of the concert and took her mother’s debit card without permission. She traveled to J.C. Napier after withdrawing $505 from her mother’s bank account. She bought drugs from someone in the projects and brought the car back to the parking lot of Nissan Stadium, picked up her mother, and they drove home.

On Wednesday, November 7th, MNPD responded to a shooting in the J.C. Napier public housing development, in the 100 block of Charles Davis Boulevard, where they found Tachelle Pickett, shot by Jonella Hambrick (aka ‘Shorty’).

Crystal ‘Chelle’ Summers was arrested and charged with two counts of harassment on Friday, after she posted a ‘hit’ on her sisters on Facebook, offering anyone $200 cash to harm them, giving locations and other details. From the details we were able to gather, on Wednesday night Summers was in a physical altercation with one of her sisters, Candice Winston. At some point, their other sister, Tori Winston, stepped in and broke up the fight between them, but not before Crystal Summers took Candice’s wig from her. Summers was not…
