Helen Yanuirian Calilx charged in assault of boyfriend at Honduras Restaurant

23-year-old Helen Yanuirian Calilx says her missing cell phone was pinging at Haunduras Restaurant on Murfreesboro Pike Thursday, so she drove to the location at 5:30 p.m. and found her boyfriend, Andy Plata, at the restaurant eating. Security footage from the restaurant shows she then confronts Plata aggressively and follows him around the restaurant yelling at him, while Plata is observed calmly walking with his hands above his shoulders and attempting to walk away and diffuse the situation. Plata told police she was abusive and aggressive toward him from the moment she walked in the door. Officers determined she was the aggressor in the situation and charged her with domestic assault.

20-year-old Brandon Pickett was booked into jail Friday on an outstanding warrant charging him with domestic assault and vandalism. Witnesses confirm that while returning video games to this ex-girlfriend, Madison Danielle Lujan, after the breakup, he became angry and punched her vehicle, then her arm, then her face. He is free on a $2,000 bond.

DUI: Mom charged after being high on drugs in school pick-up line — Lindsey Pugh arrested

Metro Nashville Police found 31-year-old Lindsey Pugh high on Suboxone, and even had a fresh one in her mouth, Thursday afternoon as she was picking up her children from Mt. View Elementary School when she bumped into another vehicle in the pick-up line. She admitted to being on the drug, and that she was also on it earlier that morning when dropping one of her sons off at the school. She is free on a $2,500 bond, charged with her second DUI.
