DUI: man traveling 20 mph on I-65 admits to using Kratom — Kendall Henderson

38-year-old Kendall Henderson was stopped on I-65 for traveling at 20 mph in a lane of travel. THP Officer Fuller spoke with Henderson, who was the driver of the vehicle, and who admitted he was using Kratom, which is illegal in Tennessee. Henderson was reportedly confused and disoriented, and admitted to doing “multiple drugs” over the past few days.

Bengals fan punches stadium security guard in the face — Keith Collins arrested

Bengals fan Keith Collins was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Saturday after he and another fan were in a verbal altercation in a parking area, and when Apex Security Guard Roberty Wiley attempted to de-escalate the situation, Collins punched him in the face.

Officers attempted to issue him a state citation, however, he refused to sign it so he was taken into custody.

Titans fan arrested after attempting to bite hospital staff after ambulance ride from game — Luke Lacefield

27-year-old Luke Lacefield was transported from Nissan Stadium during the Titans Game, and upon arrival at St. Thomas Midtown, ED staff observed his extreme level of intoxication as he had to be restrained to a hospital bed due to his yelling, screaming, and making threats to of harm to hospital staff.

He reportedly attempted to bite a female member of the security staff who was attempting to restrain him. Lacefield told police he has no memory of the incident.

TABC criminally charges collector for selling a bottle of Van Winkle without a license – Eric Adams

Undercover agents with TABC (Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission) messaged with 35-year-old Eric Adams, who they say had posted a 12-year-old bottle of Van Winkle Bourbon for sale in a private Facebook Group used as a secondary sales market.

The agent, Ryan Spraggins, agreed to meet and purchase the 750ml bottle, and Adams showed up at the agreed-upon location, which was the Music Valley Cracker Barrell, and completed the transaction. At that time, Adams was notified he had sold liquor without a proper license and was issued a state citation for possessing, transporting, and selling alcoholic beverages for resale without a license. Adams was booked on the charge earlier this month.

Man transports friend who shot himself in downtown Nashville on bird scooter to hotel, hides gun — Corey Oakes arrested

25-year-old tourist Corey Oakes, from Kentucky, is charged with tampering with evidence and public intoxication after he carried his friend, who shot himself in the leg in downtown Nashville while drinking, on a bird scooter back to the Cambria hotel and parked him at the entrance while he returned to their room upstairs to hide the gun. When police responded to the shooting call at the hotel they located the victim and Oakes, who was extremely intoxicated, and admitted his friend “may have possibly shot himself” and admitted to returning the gun to their room. Oakes is free on pre-trial release.

DUI: Man charged with DUI-2nd Offense after crash on Broadway in downtown Nashville — Blake Aaron

27-year-old Blake Aaron is free on pre-trial release after being charged with DUI – 2nd Offense after crashing his Nissan Sentra into another vehicle at 612 Broadway in downtown Nashville. He admitted drinking prior to the crash, and to a prior DUI in the state of Kentucky. He was unable to complete standard field sobriety tests, however, a blood draw was completed at General Hospital before he was transported to booking.

Dude, that’s not your friend’s car… Drunk man climbs inside stranger’s car — Tavis Cobb

21-year-old Tavis Cobb was leaning against a car in the Commerce St garage downtown Sunday night, believing it was his friend’s vehicle. When someone came up to the car and unlocked it, Tavis climbed inside, too intoxicated to realize it was neither his friend, nor his friend’s vehicle. He was unable to call anyone, he didn’t have a phone with him, and only knew he was “in Nashville”. Cobb was charged with public intoxication and taken to booking for the night.

25-year-old Lazaro Wilkerson, from Kentucky, is charged with assault and public intoxication after he attempted to enter Honky Tonk Central in #DowntownNashville and reportedly punched the bouncer in the face who asked for his identification. #bspotter

Paducah man charged in aggravated statutory rape of 16-year-old in Nashville

42-year-old David K, Tindell, who was 38 at the time of the incident, is charged with the aggravated statutory rape of a 16-year-old child in Nashville. The incident occurred in January of 2018 in Nashville. He has had multiple hearings in the case to date, and his next scheduled hearing in Nashville is coming up in August. He faces related charges in multiple other jurisdictions.

Woman shatters father’s window and cuts girlfriend with box cutters in separate incidents
