Nashville courts can’t seem to stop Brian ‘Houston’ Clinch from assaulting women: A 3rd victim comes forward

23-year-old Brian “Houston” Clinch II was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Friday, yet again charged with the assault of a female in his life. Despite multiple arrests and convictions, he’s only been sentenced to probation, classes, and then a judge moved his probation to unsupervised. A 3rd victim has now come forward. Court records detail him slamming women to the ground, choking them, promising to do it again, and following through on that promise. He burned another with a cigarette as punishment, pushed one down the stairs, threw another around a parking garage, and even broke a child’s car seat to prevent the mother of his child from leaving with the baby. Oh, and when he was served with the latest order of protection, he sent that ex-girlfriend the “I apologize for nothing” meme, violating the order.

Woman makes husband walk home when he gets out of the car mad after an argument

29-year-old Issac Thomas faces domestic assault and vandalism charges after his wife says he got out of the car during an argument and began to walk home, while she drove. He then called asking to be picked up, but she refused. She says once he finally arrived he assaulted her and broke her phone.

Woman charged after trying to take ex-boyfriend’s phone from him by force after a breakup

24-year-old Belinda Pelicci is scheduled to appear in court next month after police say she assaulted her ex-boyfriend, a Mt. Juliet Firefighter, at a Percy Priest Home in May after showing up intoxicated and attempting to take his phone out of his hands by force to search through it the day after they broke up.

Woman smashes wine bottle into boyfriend’s face, pulls him back into house, continues assault, police say.

33-year-old Jenni Terry is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment after police say she smashed a wine bottle into her boyfriend’s face, pulled him back into the house when he tried to flee, tossed him onto the ground, and then threw what was left of the wine bottle at him as he eventually escaped.

Nashville woman accused of beating, biting, and breaking the nose of her boyfriend

27-year-old Lakelynn Bennett is charged with felony aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury after she accused her boyfriend of cheating and attacked him. Police found the victim with lacerations, a bite mark, and his nose pointing at a 30-degree angle, off-center to his face.

Singer/Songwriter Jamie Burke Arrested on 2nd DUI Charge

Nashville Singer/Songwriter Jamie Rebekah Burke spent a few hours in jail on Memorial Day, as she was being processed for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. She was charged with DUI 2nd, as she was convicted of a previous DUI in Nashville in 2012. According to a MNPD report, Jamie Burke was driving on I-40E when she changed lanes in front of a patrol car, when there was not enough to do so safely.
