They approached her and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as she advised them that she had been locked out of her home. Officers knocked on the door and spoke with Domingo, who told them that he was drinking in the bedroom with her when she became aggressive, sporadically attacking him and throwing him onto the ground for no reason. Then, he said he got up and ran out of the apartment. Alonzo-Alonzo locked the door behind him, so Domingo had to climb to the second-story balcony to check on their 5-month-old baby, who was crying. He waited until Alonzo-Alonzo left the apartment to look for him and locked her out of the residence. They documented the scratches on his neck, back, and face. Then, officers spoke with Alonzo-Alonzo, who could not give them a linear explanation regarding the incident. Alonzo-Alonzo told them that she, Domingo, and her sister were drinking in the bedroom because he forced her to. She said that her sister left with the baby and locked her inside the bedroom, causing her to break down the door.
