63-year-old Fayette Hereford is charged with assault of a healthcare provider who prevented her from leaving the hospital against medical advice. Nurse Katie Crumbly says she was struck in the shoulder by the patient in an elevator. VUPD returned the patient to her room.

36-year-old Rama Mengasha, is charged with aggravated assault/strangulation after police say he kicked in the bathroom door while his girlfriend was attempting to show, drug her out by her hair, and held her in a chokehold.

18-year-old Adonis Ellis is charged with domestic assault & vandalism after police say he was riding with his girlfriend, she kicked him out of the vehicle, and he then slashed all four tires, broke all outside mirrors, smacked her in the face twice, and hit her with a jacket.

Man calls police after getting into argument over cocaine with his friend

31-year-old Alexander Walter was arrested and charged with public intoxication after calling the police when a friend locked him out of an apartment after an argument over cocaine.

Teen charged in aggravated burglary, vulgar images drawn on walls of victim’s home

18-year-old Loren Loomis was booked on an a felony aggravated burglary warrant last week, charging him with breaking into a residence and causing approximately $4,000 in damages. The two females that fled the scene with him have not yet been identified.
