Anthony Jordan Nihoff charged in assault of bouncer at Nashville Underground

Metro Nashville Police working the Entertainment District Initiative on Broadway in downtown Nashville Sunday responded to a fight-in-progress call at Nashville Underground. Michael Holley, a bouncer at the venue, says he kicked 22-year-old tourist Anthony Jordan Nihoff out of the bar, and the two were arguing when Nihoff struck him.

Ohio’s Chester McFadden charged after spitting on people at WKND Hang Suite, causing a scene

Metro Nashville Police were dispatched to WKND Hang Suite late Saturday night after security at the Church Street venue detained 28-year-old Chester McFadden, who was reportedly extremely intoxicated, belligerent, and spitting on people in line. Bouncers had asked McFadden to leave the property at least five times, and once he eventually left, he returned a short time later and attempted to make re-entry, causing a scene with those in line, spitting on some of the patrons. McFadden made threats to both the bouncers and officers during their interactions. Officers were unable to locate any friends or family to take care of the Ohio man, so he was transported to booking.

Louis Simonyi charged after shattering glass door on Belcourt Ave

23-year-old Louie Simonyi was found in the entrance to the parking garage of 2111 Belcourt Ave just after 8 a.m. Sunday with dried blood, scratch marks, and cuts on his face, chest, arms, and hands. There was also a glass door from the building into the parking garage which was shattered. He told police he had an argument with his girlfriend, who was not present, and it was “all a misunderstanding”. He claimed the injuries were from a mosh it from a concert the night prior. With so many different stories, security footage was reviewed and it showed at 5:05 a.m. Simonyi appears at the scene and forces the glass door open by yanking on the handle and slamming it against a railing then breaking off the handle and using it to shatter the door.

Ohio Man charged with assault of bouncers at Rippy’s Bar — Michael McGhee

30-year-old tourist Michael McGhee now faces two assault charges after an altercation at Rippy’s in downtown Nashville this playoff weekend. Police say early Sunday morning bouncers at Rippy’s bar on Broadway flagged them down due to a fight at the venue. When officers arrived inside, McGhee was already detained by security. He had fallen asleep at the bar and was asked to leave, but instead decided to threaten Joseph Gillaspie and pushed him when Robert Silliman attempted to restrain McGhee, who kicked him in the face.

Ohio Tourist flashes other guests inside downtown hotel elevator — Michael Davidson

45-year-old Michael Davidson, who is visiting from Mason, OH, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail early Wednesday after he was found riding the elevator at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown/The Gulch while exposing his genitals to other guests and employees for the purpose of sexual gratification, according to police. Davidson is charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication and is free on pre-trial release.

Ohio tourist jailed after assaulting her sister during Nashville visit — Christina Scipio arrested

A family scuffle between sisters from Ohio landed 29-year-old Christina Michelle Scipio in the Metro Nashville Jail late Friday night. The family was staying in downtown Nashville when their father says he observed a fight break out between them, leaving Hannah Scipio with scratches and bruises to her face and leg. She was able to get a few hits back on Christina, including a bruise to the right corner of her mouth, but police determined Christina to be the primary aggressor and took her into custody. She is free on a $1,000 bond.
