Tourist Aaron Palmer punches man in face while intoxicated in downtown Nashville

53-year-old Aaron Palmer pushed another man against an MNPD patrol vehicle in front of officers after the man told police Aaron struck him in the face. On July 27th, near Boot Barn, at around 9:30 pm, Bryant Depompe approached MNPD Officers and told them that Aaron Palmer had punched him in the face. Moments after that, Aaron came up and hit Bryant, pushing him into the patrol vehicle. Police detained Bryant to ascertain the full scenario and told Aaron to put his hands behind his back and lean against the patrol vehicle. Aaron began walking away before an officer told him to come back and placed him in handcuffs. Bryant said that he did not wish to press charges, but while Aaron was being detained, he became irate, yelled at Bryant, and did not cooperate with police instructions.

High Roller Energy CEO Bryce Shewchuk, 35, and Heather Rogers, 51, were booked into the Metro Nashville Jail just after 11 p.m. Saturday. Heather Rogers was charged with public intoxication. Bryce Shewchuk was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Rogers posted a $100 cash bond, and Shewchuk was freed on pre-trial release.
