Antonio Cathey, 25, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with ‘Poss. or Casual Exchange of Meth’ & ‘Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia’, after he was stopped near 14th & Church Street due to an expired temp tag on his vehicle.
