22-year-old Alexandria Dearmon was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail early Monday morning by Belle Meade Police Officer Hayley Doty. Dearmon, who crashed her vehicle at 2:02 a.m., explained that she had only consumed one tequila sunrise at a local bar, and was driving another individual home from the bar. Despite her role as the ‘designated driver, Dearmon blew a 0.119 BAC and had multiple empty alcoholic beverage containers in her vehicle. She is free on pre-trial release.

Tourist charged with disorderly conduct after assaulting police officer — Robert Eberhardt #PreTrialRelease

60-year-old Rober Eberhardt, of Arizona, is charged with disorderly conduct after he was at Lucky Bastard Saloon in downtown Nashville this weekend and became upset after his wife suffered an injury and security escorted him out of the venue. He attempted to re-enter the establishment, at which time Officer Sizemore told him he could not re-enter, and he grabbed the police officer’s shoulder with both hands and pushed him backward. He was transported to booking, charged with disorderly conduct, and is free on pre-trial release.

39-year-old Eddie Allen has been fired from his job and criminally charged with assault after slapping a co-worker on the buttocks, according to a warrant he was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on over the weekend. Allen is free on pre-trial release.

As a young woman walked alone in Midtown late Monday evening, she says a man began to “cat all” her, and as she continued past him she says he firmly grabbed her arm. As she began to fight back, he reportedly told her he was going to rape her. She was able to break away from the man, identified as 30-year-old Patrick Schiebel, and flee to a nearby apartment building with a visible concierge who let her inside and called 911. Metro Nashville Police officers located the man but refused to charge him themselves since they didn’t witness it. MNPD escorted the victim to night court, where a magistrate signed a simple assault private prosecution warrant. The tourist was jailed for 153 minutes before being given pre-trial release and set free, despite a magistrate setting his bond at $10,000.

Nashville Police say 23-year-old Sydney Warren, of Alabama, spit into the eye of an officer who was attempting to arrest her this weekend during an altercation in Printers Alley in downtown Nashville. Man charged with indecent exposure after multiple ‘pantless & perky’ incidents at QNTM Fit Life — Dave Stephenson

36-year-old Dave Andre Stephenson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Tuesday after detectives identified him as the man that has been spotted “pantless and perky” in the downtown Nashville parking lot behind QNTM Fit Life multiple times in the past two months. He would frequently exit his blue 2015 Hyundai Elantra naked from the waist down, while carrying out inappropriate sexual behavior in front of women going to and from the gym. He was freed on pre-trial release just four hours after being booked into jail.

DUI: Man drinks “a few shots” on drive from Broadway to downtown neighborhood — David Hogan

32-year-old David Hogan admits to driving from “somewhere on Broadway” to near Lipscomb University, and taking “a few shots” along the way. When police responded to the area, they located him leaning against a fence in the backyard of a residence, with his arm through the neck hole of his shirt, and profusely sweating. Neighbors say he left his car parked with its hazards on while he was drunkenly roaming through the neighborhood. He blew a 0.139 BAC.

DUI: Man found asleep behind wheel at intersection, admits to drinking — Jared Beard

24-year-old Jared Beard was found asleep behind the wheel of his car at an intersection just south of downtown Nashville and admitted to drinking prior to driving. Police say he agreed to a breathalyzer, a demonstrated he could blow hard enough, however, when his lips met the actual machine, he wouldn’t blow hard enough for it to register. He also urinated on himself multiple times while speaking to police, and in the back of a patrol car.

Metro Police say 23-year-old Savannah Leigh Shrum held up her right hand and extended her middle finger to the officer who was attempting to pull her over as she traveled over 90 mph in her Mustang Thursday at lunch, making it “clear she wasn’t going to stop”. The aspiring model, who has a modest Instagram following, sped away while the officer fell back and ran her license plate to secure a warrant for her arrest.
