Pearl Newbill assaults the father of her child; refuses to leave his apartment

Deshaun Clarke says he invited the mother of his child, 26-year-old Pearl Newbill, to his apartment to spend time together on February 10. After a period of time, he requested that she leave, and she refused, resulting in an argument between the two. Newbill reportedly became violent and shoved the victim. Clarke contacted his mother to come to the residence, at which time Clarke reportedly “calmed down.”

The girlfriend of 25-year-old Keshawn Palmer says he owes her money and refuses to pay up. In September, the couple got into an argument over the debt when he allegedly threw her (Kierra Smith) to the ground three times then grabbed her hair and pulled her across the ground, separating the woman from the weave. Police documented the separated sew-in, and a witness corroborated the details of the incident. Palmer was booked on the outstanding warrant on Monday and is free on a $2,500 bond, charged with domestic assault.

Florida Man charged with assault of girlfriend in Nashville Hotel — Ryan Timmerman

21-year-old Ryan Timmerman, from Florida, is charged with the domestic assault of his girlfriend, Sara Weiss, after hotel staff called police after hearing him yell on the 2nd floor of the hotel and observed him grabbing and pushing his girlfriend, who explained he was “extremely intoxicated” and they got into an argument in the hallway. Timmerman is free on a $1,000 bond.

Man arrested twice in 2 days; argues with roommate via social media, attacks with broom — Patrick Conquest

26-year-old Patrick Conquest was arrested twice within two days this month. On October 9th he began arguing with his roommate, from separate rooms within the same house, over social media, transitioning over several platforms during the argument, with both text and audio messages, including “we can scrap!” He escalated to using racial slurs against his roommate, Vincent Mendoza, then entered his bedroom and struck him with a broom, and knocked down the TV.

Conquest went to jail, and posted a $3500 bond, only to be arrested again 12-hours later when police responded to another disturbance at the home and found Conquest was violating both the conditions of his bond, and an order of protection, which was granted. He then posted $2500 more in bail and was released.

Texas tourist issued assault citation, accused of smacking hotel housekeeper’s ass: Bobby Koricanek

54-year-old Bobby Koricanek, who owns multiple businesses in Texas, visited Nashville in May and stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel, where he was positively identified as the man who let a housekeeper into his hotel room, then “smacked her on the ass” in a sexual assault. Instead of arresting him, Metro Police simply issued him a citation for assault, on which he eventually was booked this week.
