Jamie Thomas punches wife, security guard in face during incident at Westin Hotel

33-year-old Jamie Thomas had a domestic incident with his wife, Sharon Oring, at the Westin Hotel in the early hours of April 7th. Security at the hotel alerted the authorities, and when officers arrived, they advised them that Thomas was extremely intoxicated and refused to leave the property. Officers located him behind the hotel near some stairs and asked him what had happened, to which he replied, “Absolutely nothing has occurred.” Security told the police that he had punched his wife and a security guard in the face. Oring confirmed that Thomas hit her in the face but did not know if it was open or closed-handed. She said she was hit during the altercation between Thomas and security. Thomas was taken into custody for domestic assault, criminal trespass, and public intoxication.

Hunter Williams fights juveniles with his wife on Broadway after being kicked out of Honky Tonk Central

23-year-old Hunter Williams and his wife, Sabrina Smith, were seen outside Honky Tonk Central arguing with kids on April 5th. Officers observed Williams punching a lightbox outside Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row after he and his wife were kicked out. William seemed visibly irate and displayed several signs of intoxication. Shortly after, officers saw the couple across the street at Honky Tonk Central. Smith appeared to be calming Williams down until they both got into an argument with two disorderly juveniles. After arguing, a fight broke out between the four. Hunter Williams was then taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Dustin Farrell stumbles up jet bridge after drinking at Nashville International Airport

31-year-old Dustin James Farrell was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 6th. Around 4:40 p.m., the Nashville Airport Police Department received a call regarding an intoxicated passenger, later identified as Farrell. When officers located him, they noticed Farrell was stumbling up the jet bridge and reeking of alcohol. Farrell stated he had consumed alcohol before his flight. Officers asked him if he knew where he was, and he said he was in Virginia trying to get to Nashville. Then, Farrell told officers the wrong day of the week, so they deemed him unable to care for himself. Farrell was transported to booking and transferred to deputies’ custody.

David Hamilton-Tweedale found walking along I-40 West after night on the town

47-year-old David James Hamilton-Tweedale was walking on I-40 West near Exit 209A in the early hours of April 6th. Upon arrival, officers observed him walking eastbound on the freeway, approached him, and noticed he reeked of alcohol. Hamilton-Tweedale stated he was not in a vehicle and had been out drinking. Officers deemed him a danger to himself and others, so he was detained for the incident. Hamilton-Tweedale was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Sekori Jones Brown tells police “I’m drunk” after harassing people outside of Hard Rock Cafe

23-year-old Sekori Brown was seen harassing people outside Hard Rock Cafe on April 5th. When officers arrived, they made contact with Brown, who told them, “I’m drunk.” Security at the location informed officers that  Brown was trying to enter a stage that had just been set up. When officers made contact with Brown, they noticed a strong odor of alcohol. Officers told Brown to find a friend to pick him up. Instead of pulling out a cell phone to make the call, Brown pulled out a vape and acted as if he was entering numbers on it. After being told that his vape was not a phone, Brown was asked if he knew a number law enforcement could call, but he responded with, ” Brian… He’s in the catalog.” Officers deemed Brown a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Charles Serwa kicked out of Kid Rock’s Bar after vomiting

21-year-old Charles “Charlie” Serwa vomited in Kid Rock’s Bar and became verbally abusive with security on the afternoon of April 5th. Security flagged officers down and advised them that Charlie had become aggressive once they told him to leave. When officers spoke with Charlie, they noticed he reeked of alcohol while showing signs of impairment. As officers tried to de-escalate the situation, he shouted more profanities at a passerby, so they deemed him a danger to himself and others. Charlie was then taken into custody for public intoxication.

Carley O’Neil found drunkenly sprinting down Division Street, admits to having “a lot of alcohol”

27-year-old Carley O’Neil was sprinting down near 8th Avenue South and Division Street in the early hours of April 7th. Officers observed this and approached her to ensure she was not in danger. As officers spoke to O’Neil, they noticed she was stumbling and slurring her words. O’Neil then admitted to having “a lot of alcohol” and that she was trying to get home. O’Neil could not provide any information regarding where she lived, and the address on her license revealed that she did not live nearby. O’Neil was deemed a danger to herself and others, so officers tried to detain her, and she became resistive. O’Neil was taken into custody for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Elijah Ledbetter found lying on ground outside of Ole Red’s Bar on Broadway

25-year-old Elijah Rayne Ledbetter was lying on the ground in front of Ole Red’s Bar on Broadway in the early hours of April 6th. Officers observed this and approached him, where they noticed he was highly intoxicated. Ledbetter told them he was alone in Nashville with nowhere to go, so officers tried to give him options for a place to stay. When Ledbetter tried to walk away to one of the places, he started stumbling and could not stay on his feet. Ledbetter was deemed too impaired to care for himself, so officers went to detain him. This was when Ledbetter became resistive, refusing to put his hands behind his back. Ledbetter was taken into custody for resisting arrest and public intoxication.

Andrew Mulcunry gets into fist fight on Broadway, tells officers “I’m just drunk”

27-year-old Andrew Joseph Mulcunry was involved in a fight with Kalen Ferninando Hatchett and others at 401 Broadway late April 6th. Officers observed this and ordered them to stop, which they ignored. When officers tried to handcuff Mulcunry, he kept trying to fight the others. Officers told him to stop resisting, but he was uncooperative. After he was detained, officers noticed he reeked of alcohol, and then he stated, “I am just drunk,” repeatedly. Mulcunry was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Jacob Allen kicked out of taxi for being too drunk to remember where he’s staying

32-year-old Jacob Chaple Allen entered a taxi and did not know where he was staying in the early hours of April 6th. The cab driver flagged officers down, stating Allen was too intoxicated. When officers approached him, they noticed he reeked of alcohol and had trouble standing up. Officers asked Allen if he was on Broadway with anyone so he could call them to get him, but he did not have his phone. When officers asked him where he was staying, Allen said, “I’d be lying if I said I did.” Allen was deemed unable to care for himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
