Marcy admits to slapping Raymond, saying it was in response to something “extremely insensitive and offensive” he said to her. Raymond admits to making the statement. Police arrived at the home and observed a visible “red blotch” on Raymond’s lip from being slapped. Raymond wanted to prosecute her for the assault, and she was taken into custody, and charged with domestic assault.
57-year-old Meskin Beshili says his wife, Suad Mustafa, bought a new vehicle without his knowledge. The couple had a verbal argument about the purchase, which escalated when his wife allegedly made a degrading statement about his mother. He says her words upset him, and he “pushed” his wife. During an interview, the victim states Meskin grabbed her by the arms and, pushed her to the couch, then slapped her in the face. Officers documented two injuries on her arm from the assault.
Michael Parrish told police who responded to the Seven Springs Way address in Brentwood, that his 64-year-old mother, Michelle Parrish, was drunk, cursing him out, and “trashing her apartment.” As officers were conducting the investigation, Michelle Parrish suddenly slapped her son on the head as he walked by her without any provocation or warning. Witnessing the physical assault, she was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
