Kevin Joshua Balle jailed after driving 70 mph in a 40 mph zone with no license

26-year-old Kevin Joshua Balle was jailed on April 18 for speeding at 70 mph in a 40-mph zone in his 1996 Toyota Tacoma without a driver’s license. He had no forms of identification and was transported to booking in lieu of being issued a citation.
