Nicolas Batz deemed too drunk for Geodis Park

34-year-old Nicolas Moises Batz tried to enter an event without a ticket at Geodis Park on the afternoon of February 25th. Security at the event spoke with officers when they arrived and advised them that Batz was visibly intoxicated. Officers determined Batz was unable to care for himself, so they asked the medics to assist him, but Batz refused. Officers also observed Batz to be unsteady on his feet, so they tried to contact his friends or family. However, officers could not reach anyone, and Batz was taken into custody for public intoxication.

19-year-old Labronte House flees police after attempted traffic stop

19-year-old Labronte House was jailed on November 16th after police observed a Honda Civic with an inoperable brake light. Detectives also observed two vehicle occupants who were not utilizing their seatbelts. The vehicle sped off when the officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Ashwood Avenue. The officers then turned off their lights and sirens and chose not to pursue the vehicle. The aviation unit covertly followed the vehicle to Cedar Lane and Hawthorne Place, where the passenger exited. The car then continued to speed until it reached crestmoor, where an awaiting MNPD detective had deployed spike strips. The spikes left the vehicle inoperable, but Mr. House continued driving to Abbott Martin Road before exiting and being taken into custody. It was later discovered that he was driving without a valid driver’s license.

Charles Maxwell refuses to leave Music City Grand Prix Track: Arrested

31-year-old Charles Maxwell entered the closed race track of the Music City Grand Prix on Friday and refused to leave. Race staff eventually contacted Metro Nashville Police, who also encountered Maxwell and explained he had to leave the restricted area. He continued to refuse and was obviously intoxicated. Officers transported him to booking and charged him with public intoxication.

Fan charged after fight during Titans’ Monday Night Football game at Nissan Stadium — Brandon Rich

31-year-old Brandon Rich, of Brentwood, was charged with public intoxication Monday night at Nissan Stadium after he got into a physical altercation with another fan. He is free on a $100 cash bond.
