43-year-old Leon Allen was found guilty of public indecency after his neighbor photographed him lying nude in his front yard next to broken kitchen cabinets.
On July 14th, 2017, Wilburn Whitaker was at his residence at Pennywell Drive when he spotted his neighbor Leon Allen in his front yard completely naked. Wilburn stated he knew it was Leon because the men have been neighbors for over ten years.
He watched Allen lay in the yard, near broken kitchen cabinets and drawers for approximately thirty minutes. He was visible to anyone driving by and Wilburn took photographs of the incident to provide as evidence.
On November 19th, Leon Allen was arrested and charged with two counts of public indecency. On November 20th, he was found guilty of one count and the other charge was dismissed.
