40-year-old Daphne Flemings had been removed from her flight at Nashville International Airport in the early hours of March 2nd. Nashville Airport Police were called to Gate C 13 to conduct a welfare check and noticed Flemings from two prior encounters earlier in the morning. Flemings showed multiple indicators of intoxication as she became uncooperative with officers, cursing at them loudly. Flemings was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Daphne L Flemings was booked on a citation on March 2nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $50.
