21-year-old Claudia Miranda was charged with domestic assault after a man and another witness told authorities that she had assaulted the man and bit him on his arm at the Thirsty Turtle.
On September 6th, Metro Nashville Police Officers were dispatched to Thirsty Turtle Sports Grill Bar & Grill at 1307 Bell Road in relation to a domestic assault. When officers arrived Jose Aguilar stated that Claudia Miranda assaulted him and bit his arm. Officers observed a large bite mark on Aguilar’s left arm.
A witness named Perez corroborated Aguilar’s claims. Officers located Claudia Miranda who denied the entire incident. Aguilar wanted to proceed with pressing charges and due to the domestic relationship officers took Claudia into custody.
Claudia Miranda was arrested charged with domestic assault and her bond was set at $1,000.
