29-year-old Tekera Gaines was jailed this week on multiple outstanding warrants charging her with vandalism and violating an order of protection. Her girlfriend, Michelle Chestnut, reported to police that she came home on June 19th to find both her front door and her Ring Doorbell camera covered with black spray paint. She says the couple argued earlier in the day and were in the process of breaking up after Gaines accused her of cheating.
Tekera Cherisse Gaines, of Dickerson Pike in Nashville, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 27th, charged with vandalism and violating an order of protection. She is free on a $3,000 bond.
