35-year-old tourist Evan Lieseke was observed at Barstool Sports late Sunday night with his clothing in disarray and he swayed back in forth in an apparent state of intoxication. He slurred his speech as he spoke with officers and was given the opportunity to arrange a safe ride home or to his hotel, but he did not have his wallet or phone in his possession. Officers took Lieseke into custody and transported him to booking.
Evan Lieseke was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 9th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
