21-year-old Ethan Lynn Carey chased citizens on foot in front of Hermitage Avenue on December 30th. Officers observed this, stopped him, and noticed he had pinpoint pupils. He was unaware of what city he was in and advised officers that he was “sent from the sky and ordered to slaughter ground people.” Carey was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Ethan Lynn Carey was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 30th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
