51-year-old Robert Paul Reich was involved in a single-vehicle rollover collision on Charlotte Pike near Starbucks late February 28th. When officers arrived, they observed Reich was unconscious in his vehicle. NFD personnel extracted Reich from his car, which was rolled onto the driver’s side, and transported him to Vanderbilt. Detectives located an empty 25-ounce Bud Ice beer can and an empty vodka shooter bottle in his car. While at the hospital, Reich reeked of alcohol and had difficulty staying awake while speaking with officers. Despite this, Reich agreed to provide a blood sample. Reich was cited for the incident that day. Reich was booked on the citation of driving under the influence on March 26th.
