23-year-old Hailey Greenwell had an altercation with her roommate, Cassidy Joyce Marie Shove, at their shared Bonnaridge Drive residence around 9:31 p.m. on March 31st. When officers arrived, Greenwell immediately came from behind the location, admitting that she hit Cassidy, telling officers, “Take me to jail!” Greenwell then explained that she and Cassidy had been arguing about a mess in the kitchen. The argument escalated when Greenwell overheard Cassidy comment that the house would be happier if she did not live there anymore. Greenwell said she “blacked out” and started screaming and punching Cassidy in the chest. After this, Cassidy began to call 911, which was when Greenwell kicked down a door to leave. Greenwell had visible marks on her chest but refused medical services. Then, she was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Hailey M. Greenwell was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 31st, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,000.
