A Davidson County Grand Jury indicted 28-year-old Scott Daniel McConnell for two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor on November 15th, 2023. The indictment alleges that on the 7th and 8th day of January 2020, Mr. McConnell did knowingly possess material that included a minor engaged in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity that is patently offensive. McConnell was taken into custody on April 5th, 2024, in Davidson County.
Scott D. McConnell was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 5th, charged with two counts of sexual exploitation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000.
