44-year-old Amy Lashea Miner was speeding on I-40 East early in the morning on April 30th. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and cited her for the violation. She failed to appear in court, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. She was taken into custody on December 23rd.
