37-year-old Kimberly Lampley was charged with domestic assault after she struck her husband in the face and continued the attack by hitting him with a hairbrush, per the affidavit.
On March 29th, police were dispatched to Westerly Drive in reference to a domestic incident. Upon arrival, Jonathan Lampley was waiting for the police outside. Jonathan stated that his wife Kimberly Lampley had gotten extremely angry with him because he canceled an Amazon order. He went on to say that Kimberly approached him and struck him in the face that caused an abrasion to his upper lip.
Jonathan told the police after she initially hit him, she picked up a hairbrush and began attacking him with it, hitting him multiple times. Jonathan also had injuries on his right forearm and a small cut on his right thumb that he believes occurred while being assaulted.
Kimberly Lampley was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $1,000.
