18-year-old Jamesha Pinchon was charged with aggravated assault after throwing a brick at her ex-boyfriend’s head when he told her she would have to pick up her things the next day.
On August 21st, officers spoke to Demetrice Holmes who advised that he had been visiting with his brother Kenneth Holmes when he was assaulted by his ex-girlfriend. Demetrice notified police that while he was with his brother at 3320 Hawkwood Lane, Jamesha Pinchon was dropped off by a vehicle they did not recognize. Jamisha approached the men while they were sitting on the porch with a brick in her hand and demanded to get her property out of their car.
Demetric informed her that she would have to wait until the next day because the items were no longer in the vehicle. Demetric told police that she became infuriated by his words and threw the brick at his head. Demetric reported the assault as he was being transported to the hospital for his injuries to the left side of his head.
Jamesha Pinchon was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Her bond was set at $5,000.
