38-year-old Christian Harris is charged with the assault of Hatton Highers, Jr., after he reportedly became loud and unruly in a leasing office. Highers, who works as security in the complex, arrived to remove Harris from the building. As Highers approached the man, Harris shoved him backward and onto the floor, causing an injury to the security guard’s head.
Christian B. Harris of Bell Rd in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 18th, charged with assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
