49-year-old Sarah Loer was observed by Metro Nashville Police officers working the Entertainment District just after lunch Friday as she drunkenly stumbled on the sidewalk. She was visibly intoxicated, with her wallet exposed from her purse, with money hanging out of it. She was unable to take care of herself and refused all medical assistance. She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Sarah Loer was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 7, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
