20-year-old Malik Pollard defrauded Advanced Financial in December 2022. Pollard cashed a $329.59 check, which he knew he had already cashed, so he obtained it illegally. Pollard was taken into custody for cashing a worthless check on December 8th.
Malik Pollard was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 8th, charged with worthless checks. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
