27-year-old Andrew Joseph Mulcunry was involved in a fight with Kalen Ferninando Hatchett and others at 401 Broadway late April 6th. Officers observed this and ordered them to stop, which they ignored. When officers tried to handcuff Mulcunry, he kept trying to fight the others. Officers told him to stop resisting, but he was uncooperative. After he was detained, officers noticed he reeked of alcohol, and then he stated, “I’m just drunk,” repeatedly. Mulcunry was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Andrew Joseph Mulcunry Bolivar Street in Lexington, KY, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 7th, charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $200, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
