21-year-old Charles “Charlie” Serwa vomited in Kid Rock’s Bar and became verbally abusive with security on the afternoon of April 5th. Security flagged officers down and advised them that Charlie had become aggressive once they told him to leave. When officers spoke with Charlie, they noticed he reeked of alcohol while showing signs of impairment. As officers tried to de-escalate the situation, he shouted more profanities at a passerby, so they deemed him a danger to himself and others. Charlie was then taken into custody for public intoxication.
Charles B. Serwa was booked into Metro Nashville Jail on April 5th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
