32-year-old Justin Tyler Bragg had a car accident with his 11-month-old child on Gallatin Avenue near Carolyn Avenue on April 5th. When officers arrived, they observed him stumbling with his eyes rolling to the back of his head after exiting his vehicle. During questioning, officers had to help him sit down so he would not stumble into traffic, and he threw up multiple times. Bragg handed officers four empty bags that had contained THC/Delta-9 gummies and told them he had taken them the night before. After he was detained, officers searched his vehicle and located seven blue Oxycodone pills. It was later discovered that Bragg had previously been charged and convicted of DUI in November 2020. He was then taken into custody for driving under the influence-2nd offense.
Justin Tyler Bragg of College Avenue in Nashville, TN. was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 5th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility
