46-year-old Loren Eicher was seen drunkenly swaying back and forth outside Barstool Nashville on March 31st. When officers made contact with Eicher, he was unable to speak due to his high level of intoxication. Officers then attempted to find Eicher somewhere safe to go. Eicher told officers that he lost his relatives and lost all of his property. Since officers had nowhere to take Loren Eicher, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Loren Eicher was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 31st, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
