Michael Scott Dozier indicted for multiple counts of aggravated cruelty to animals

A Davidson County Grand Jury indicted 46-year-old Michael Scott Dozier for two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals on November 29th. Metro Animal Care & Control brought up a case against Dozier, alleging he intentionally, or knowingly, with no justifiable purpose, neglected to provide food or water to a companion animal, resulting in death. Dozier was taken into custody on December 13th.

Cameron Gassman indicted for aggravated cruelty to animals

A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 29-year-old Cameron Banister Gassman for aggravated cruelty to animals between April 2023 and May 2023. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $40,000.

Teen charged after dog overheats, dies in her vehicle

19-year-old Ali Miller was charged with aggravated animal cruelty when Animal Control discovered her dog overheating in a locked car with the windows up. The fire department tried to save the animal, be ultimately it did not survive.
