On January 18th, MNPD conducted several undercover prostitution prostitution stings on Backpage.com ads – resulting in the arrest of 3 Asian females for prostitution and 1 Asian male for promoting prostitution. After an investigation lasting several weeks, Mingyi Ma (male) was charged with promoting prostitution and arrested at the Extended Stay at 727 McGavock Pk.
