32-year-old Jonathan Tito Donayre had an altercation with his cousin, Spencer Donayre, late February 3rd. Spencer advised that Jonathan punched him in the face and damaged his phone. Officers observed Spencer’s visible injuries and the broken phone. Spencer told officers he wished to prosecute for the attack. When they spoke with Jonathan, he stated that he and Spencer only argued verbally. Jonathan was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault and vandalism.
