18-year-old Summer Andrea Phillips failed a TABC minor compliance check at Logan’s on Music Valley Drive on November 16th. Phillips sold a Bud Light to a 19-year-old cooperating with TABC without checking their ID. She was booked on the summons for selling alcohol to a minor on December 5th.
