34-year-old Mario Brooks remains jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond this morning, charged with failing to appear to his court date for allowing the sale of alcohol to a minor at 3 Crow Bar in East Nashville.

The citation alleges that during an undercover TABC operation in 2017, Mario Brooks was ‘working as the doorman’ at 3 Crow Bar in East Nashville, and allowed an underage female into the bar, despite checking her ID which showed she was underage, giving her the ability to buy alcohol, which she did.

Brooks was issued a citation to appear in court, and when he eventually failed to show for an April 2018 review hearing, a capias warrant was issued for his arrest. Mario Brooks was taken into custody on Tuesday, and is charged with misdemeanor capias for and sale of alcohol to a minor. He remains jailed on a $2,500 bond.
