Management of the store provided police with a video that shows Paul Cox flipping over a table, grabbing a computer monitor, and breaking a lamp, when confronted about the theft of service. The regional manager for the eyebrow threading chain wanted to prosecute for the vandalism, which was under $1,000.

Paul Aaron Cox was identified from the video and a warrant issued for his arrest. He was taken into custody on November 13th and formally charged with misdemeanor vandalism. He is free on a $5,000 bond, a portion of which stems from an outstanding citation for theft for which he was also charged with at booking. That charge was related to concealing $212 worth of merchandise at a Target before attempting to flee the store. He is scheduled to appear in court in January. It was not clear if he planned on getting his eyebrows refreshed before his court date.
