Nashville senior charged with assaulting her homeless boyfriend

65-year-old Patricia Rudisill was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon when she beat her homeless boyfriend with a weighted bottle. He lost a tooth in the attack and she also damaged the van he was living in.

On April 2nd, Heath Parish told authorities he was downtown when his girlfriend Patricia Rudisill showed up and told him she wanted to take him to the hospital for a heart appointment.

He told her to get away from him and she proceeded to pummel him with a “weighted” bottle leaving marks and knocking out a tooth. He escaped and drove away in his van, where he is currently living, and she started slamming into him damaging his vehicle.

On May 6th, Patricia Rudisill was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $10,000.
