41-year-old Ebony Patrice Foxx was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Thursday, charged with stalking Bianca Marie McClain. Court records allege Foxx followed her to multiple places, including Walmart and Ponobes. One time she asked someone to let her out of the vehicle so she could assault her, and she later appeared at Ponobes Party Bar & Grille after McClain posted on social media that she would be there. Foxx reportedly “popped up” and said “What’s up now!” before security had to escort McClain to her car. The beef reportedly stems from McClain being in a relationship with her ex-lover. She is free on pre-trial release.

| On 9/18/21, the defendant followed me to the Wal-Mart store at 2232 Gallatin Pike N. She used her vehicle to block the vehicle I was in and began yelling threats towards me for the driver to let me out so “I can beat her ass!” The defendant is angry that I am in a dating relationship with someone she also has had a relationship with. The defendant has called me on the phone numerous times from multiple phone numbers where I have answered to verify it was her. I have asked the defendant to leave me alone and to stop calling me. She has told me that she wants me to meet her somewhere where she can fight me and that she may come over to my house to assault me. On 10/09/21 I had posted on social media that I was at Ponobes Party Bar & Grille at 903 Rivergate Parkway. The defendant showed up at the location and got close to my face and said, “What’s up now!” I had to get security to escort me out to my car because I was fearful she may assault me. The defendant has also followed behind me in her vehicle with her headlights off. This repeated willful pattern of conduct by the defendant has caused me to feel threatened and intimidated. |
