28-year-old Zachary Vega was observed to be passed out inside a vehicle during a regular patrol of the parking lot at 101 Broadway late Friday night. Medics arrived, but he awakened and refused all assistance. He was unable to contact anyone to take him to a safe place and was too intoxicated to be left to care for himself. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Zachary Thomas Vega was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 31st, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
