31-year-old Joie Sharpe was yelling and cursing at security in Wannabe’s Bar on October 28th. Officers responded to a call from security at Wannabe’s Bar regarding a verbal altercation but were dismissed as Sharpe left the area. Sharpe returned to the bar, and officers were called again as she began to yell and curse at security while filming them. Officers observed Sharpe visibly intoxicated and found a cut-clear straw with a bag containing 0.4 grams of cocaine after searching her. Sharpe was arrested for simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
Joie Jasmina Sharpe of Russell Street in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 26th, charged with possession/casual exchange, public intoxication, and drug paraphernalia. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
