68-year-old Chester Rice was booked on a citation from February 7th, 2023. Police pulled Chester over in his Hyundai Sonata for not wearing a seat belt. Chester failed to appear in court for the citation and was taken into custody on December 31st
Chester E. Rice of Quail Ridge Drive in Whites Creek, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 31st, charged with safe belt violation. He was released on his own recognizance.
