31-year-old Brittany Augustine had a single-vehicle accident on Gallatin Pike near Roy’s Tavern on March 2nd. When officers arrived, they spoke with Augustine, who advised them she had too much to drink at Roy’s Tavern. Augustine reeked of alcohol as she consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Officers informed Augustine about implied consent, and she agreed to provide a blood sample. Augustine stated she had two shots of Rum, one beer, and “a few others.” Augustine was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Brittany E Augustine of Cater Avenue in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 2nd, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $3,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
