23-year-old Alabama Tourist Kolter Lindsey, a rental coordinator at McCurry Van & Car Rental, had a domestic altercation with his sister, Jazmine Ellison, at Barstool Nashville on 2nd Avenue South early March 2nd. Officers arrived and spoke with Lindsey, who was visibly intoxicated, as he advised them that “it all happened so fast” regarding the incident. Lindsay stated he shoved Ellison out of the way to keep her from getting hit. Ellison told officers it was a misunderstanding and did not wish to press charges. Lindsey was taken into custody for domestic assault and disorderly conduct.
Kolter Lindsay of Elles Drive in Athens, AL, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 2nd, charged with domestic assault and disorderly conduct. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
