19-year-old De Mario Hogan had a domestic altercation with his mother, Carmelettia Lasha Harlan, at their Burning Tree Drive residence on April 14th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Hogan, who stated he and his mother had argued over money and cigarettes. Officers then located Harlan, who advised them that during their argument, Hogan “got up in my face” and told her, “I will kill you.” Harlan added that this made her fear for her life. Officers spoke with a witness, David Lamont Hogan, who stated he saw De Mario threaten Harlan. De Mario Hogan was taken into custody for domestic assault.
De Mario L Hogan was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 14th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
